Filling a water loop without a T-Line or Res.

I'm ready to finish assembly on Warmachine while on vacation next week but a thought occured to me. How the heck do I fill the loop and test it without a resivour or T-Line. You know, I probably should have thought of this before I began construction but none the less, here I am.

Thoughts and ideas?

Put in one of the two >_<

If you don't have a 'exit' where you can let trapped air escape over time (while the system is running) you'll get bubbles and it's not good for performance or the health of your pump.

Ok, so that begs the question of where I can get a T-Line adapter in town as I don't particulary want a res.

Try plumbing and general DIY stores. You might have to get one out of copper and ghetto mod it into your loop (heating the pipes up will make them more flexible for stretching over slightly too big joints).

A T-line is a PINA to fill and to plug at times.

A reservoir is easy to fill, cap, and put in a loop. It's easy to make one. I've made plenty in my day from all kinds of items.

On another enthusiasts forums, I once had a long thread of 15 pages dealing with various DIY or purchased reservoirs. Sad thing is, that site went down for good. It was a great resource to refer to.

Ordered the T-Line and a Swiftech fill port. Should be here in 3 days or so.

Because with the amount of work I've put into making the machine look good I don't want to use a AA battery?

Bio, had I know that I would have taken you up on the offer if for no other reason than to have someone with experience help me with the final steps of my install. When the parts get here if you'd be up for it I'd be willing to haul my rig out to your location as I'm on vacation all this week anyway.
