A self portrait over 17 years

Post by DMB2000uk »

Found this via a random trawl through make, and it's so interesting that I had to share:
17 years worth of taking 2 photos a day as my head rotates in sync with the Earth around the Sun. This is a non-dejittered, lo-res, highly compressed, preliminary version of a lifetime project. Later versions will have additional imagery throughout. More details are available on my website at: http://www.danhanna.com
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bd4f2xeKg08&fmt=18
(I've not embedded it as this is a link the the high quality version which is better to watch, and doesn't work with the embed)

There are a lot of these popping up recently. It is always cool to see a new one though.

I've not seen one done over as long as this one has been before (and he's still at it!).
