Its hard to tell but is one or more of the black pieces missing?

Neither connector had it's "clamp" to hold it to the card and one of the six connectors had the black plastic guide missing just leaving the metal contact exposed. I think that's where my problem is, it's not making good contact.

Must have broke during shipping :evil: Teach me to ship via usps. You may not be mad but I'm a bit frustrated about it. Both were brand new from xfx. If you want I'll give you a rma # 8)

Problems Solved! Corsair came through with the win! :supz:


I'm now rocking the 4870 1G Crossfire! It's looking ugly in my case right now but I'll clean the wiring up Thursday and post pics on my thread. Man, I can feel the extra heat coming from my PC. Need to upgrade the cooling.
