What would be the biggest boost?

Currently I have the AMD 9600be, Palit 9600gt Sonic, ECS GF8200A and 4gb of DDR2 800.

So what would be the best upgrade? I have 300 or so I can spend on the project. The system is my primary gaming box and that game is WoW. The ECS board is limited to 95watt processors however I have read of people putting in 125watt ones with no problems. What I would like to know is what would give me the biggest boost for WoW. Getting a new CPU (or cpu + systemboard) OR getting an XFX 285 from the review today? OH and run at a resolution of 1680x1050

I would say the processor. There's not much your graphics card can do while its waiting for the processor to catch up!

I would say the CPU especially if the game is WoW as that game is not graphically intensive and pretty much any GPU can run it.

Seconded. If i were you I'd look at the combo deals on the Phenom II chips. I just got a 940BE with a Gigabyte board for $307 ;) ordered it this morning, should be here Monday I think

New board + CPU + some overclocking on the side. ;)

Overclocking will have the same effect of turning your 95W TDP CPU intl a 125W TDP CPU (Or turning a 125W TDP CPU into something higher) depending on how far you take it, so I wouldn't suggest OCing on that ECS board if it is one of those models only rated for 95W TDP processors.
