Universal Temp Monitoring Program?

Post by Skippman »

I'm looking for a program that will pull temp readings from the hardware on my PC. I currently use CoreTemp to monitor my CPU temperature and it works great but sometimes won't display on my G15 so I can't monitor durring games. I'm looking for something that could give me temps from my HD's, GPU, and CPU. Heck maybe even the North Bridge if it can.

I'd prefer something that can output temp to either my G-15 or to a Vista Widget. Any suggestions?

The people who make CPU-Z make a program that does this called HWMonitor.

I tried Everest last night and it sure does give all the temps, but I have no idea how to port that info to my G-15. I checked the preferences and could find no mention of the G-15. Am I missing a plug in or something?

what version of Everest do you have? There is an LCD screen under File > Preferences, with an "enable Logitech keyboard LCD support" checkbox on the Everest Ultimate I have.
Gamer - Thermaltake Element S | PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Black | Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L | Intel E8400 | Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro | 4GB OCZ Reaper Ram | XFX 8800GTX | Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer | Seagate 7200.10 320GB

HTPC / Folder - Palit 9600GT 1GB Sonic | AMD Phenom 9600 | Corsair DHX 4GB | ECS GF8200A | OCZ StealthXStream 500
Thanks to Palit, AMD, Corsair and ECS for sponsoring the 2008 Folding Give-away!
