Anyone Heard Of GPU Maker AXLE International Holding Limited

Anyone heard of AXLE International Holding Limited (Hong Kong Company) which looks to be a new NVIDIA video card marker? I just heard about them this week and according to their website they are also a Power Supply Manufacturer.

Little thing I noticed on their website....Most(not all) of the email addresses for distributors say one thing but actually point to [email protected]

Based on their lineup they look like they have been around for a while, the have a 6600GT, they also have a line of PSU's.
Their coolers are supposedly made by Arctic Cooling.

I found 1 review of one of their cards over at a site called elitebastards.com dated march of 08
