Berkeley Varitronics Systems will be demonstrating new YellowFin WiMAX testing hardware at this year's 4G World (BVS booth# 213). BVS is proud to announce the newly developed YellowFin Fixed WiMAX Analyzer for 802.16d studies. Like it's predecessor, YellowFin 802.16e Mobile WiMAX Analyzer, (introduced at 2008's WiMAX World) YellowFin Fixed WiMAX Analyzer is a handheld receiver system that sports full spectrum analysis as well as CINR, multipath and RSSI all on a preamble basis. In addition to the industry's most powerful, handheld WiMAX analyzer, the YellowFin series now come bundled with either the original yellow and black ruggedized casing or the super-rugged Panasonic Toughbook®. This sealed, military-grade all-weather tablet PC is sunlight viewable, MIL-STD-810G certified (withstands 4 foot drop), comes standard with a solid state drive, houses dual battery system for 9 hour runtime and includes a full 3 year warranty.

When YellowFin (Fixed or Mobile models) is bundled with Panasonic's Toughbook tablet PC, the entire system comes with a full BVS hardware/software 3 year warranty. This includes software support/upgrades and receiver calibrations for 3 years.
