As you can see it's been a while since I've upgraded, and many games I run crash on me, some don't fully support this card.....
I think about getting a more portable / small notebook or netbook and projector, and separate system for high end stuff. Or winning? (yes)
We shall see =)
PS. If any mod knows how to undo the boxes my images appear to be shown in, feel free to correct it.
sorry I know this is a little bit off topic but I love the background on your desktop, what is it called?
Re: Post Your Rig!
From my cursory browsing of this thread, I think I might win the "Saddest PC" award
My current main x86 machine is a beige (literally) box with the following specs:
Dual Pentium III-S Tualatin 1.4ghz/512kb L2/133mhz fsb CPUs
1.2gb PC133 RAm
GeForce 9400GT 1gb PCI video card
20gb IDE boot drive, 40gb IDE storage drive, 500 and 300gb sata storage drives
DVD Burner
Running Windows XP Pro.
It runs decently, actually. EvE Online plays fine on it with maxed out graphics settings @ 1024x768
At some point I'll have the money to build a newer machine...
My other box is my NeXTstation Turbo Color Unix workstation that I still use daily.
It has a 33mhz Motorola 68040 CPU, 128mb ram, 2gb scsi hdd, and it runs NEXTSTEP 3.3 as its operating system. It was made in 1992. I really do use it every day.

Behold my beauty.
4 years old, but I clean it regularly.
Specs:
AMD ATHLON 64 X2 DUAL CORE @ 2.51 GHz
ASUS M2N-MX SE MoBo (with intern sound card)
2GIG of ram
NVIDIA GeFORCE 8600GTS (wished I had picked up the popular 8800GT back then)
Works great.

Well I usually rebuild every year, but this beast is 3 years old except the video card which I bought last year. With medical school and a newborn, I don't have the money or time anymore to continuously build... If you look closely you can see who I bought my case from
