Yeah it sucks...

Zipzoomfly, Newegg are out of stock, but other e-tailers do have them in stock.

ATACOM.com has them regular Sapphire 5870's in stock - for $394.95. That is still less than what the rumored price hike will be ($399).

WOW!

Apoptosis you must have some kind of magic touch. I looked at atacom and was about to buy one there but decided to look at newegg one more time. AND there was the NEW Sapphire vapor-X card!!
It's on the way, so now I have to decide what the rest of my new build is going to look like. I've decided on the i7-860, so now just have to pick the mobo and memory.

Just wanted you to know you've got some pull somewhere

You ordered a Vapor-X already? When does it arrive?

I see the Vapor-X for $10 more than a regular Sapphrie 5870 - good price... The Vapor-X is a nice card ;) O:)

Damn NDA's...

Well I see they are sold out already. They must be handing these things out 5-10 at a time!!

I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet, but, since I live in Northern California and it's shipping from the Bay Area, I should get it Monday or Tuesday.

Now I've got to get busy building the comp it will be installed in!!
