After all this time, i have been trying to overclock past 375mhz FSB. Overclock was stable at 375mhz FSB, 3562.5mhz CPU at 1.144 vcore and now i got 380mhz FSB, 3610.0mhz CPU at 1.120 vcore.
I don't understand how the only way for me to get a stable overclock is by reducing my vcore. Will this reduction in my vcore damage my CPU at all?

well the successful overclock has become a failure. the system never used to boot up past 375mhz FSB but today it did. i ran the stability test for 2 hours and got no errors and full stability, so i got told, but now the system keeps freezing every hour on the hour. i have now gone back to what was a stable overclock of 375mhz FSB.
By the way does anyone have the OCZ SLI Ready 800mhz Memory if so can you tell me what timings you have as i want to get the best timings possible without pushing my memory too far!

have a look at the picture and you can see my timings. after looking on the web i have found that my memory can do 4-4-4-15 1T at 2.1v but on my memory sticks it says 5-4-4-17 2T and OCZ have told me that they are unsure as to why my memory says those timings as they are wrong they are what i said above 4-4-4-15 1T 2.1v but my they have upgraded the memory i don't know!

Sometimes you need to set the timings manually in the bios. You should be able to get them tighter considering you're only running at 380x2 vs. 400x2, especially if you're already at 2.1v.
rightio ibleet! i have got timings of 4-4-4-15 2T my 3dmark06 score when everything was stock CPU,GPU and Memory was 12350ish now with CPU,GPU and Memory Overclocked well not really overclock memory just got better dram:fsb ratio and now i get 15100ish

After finding this i have realised that my Memory is not supposed to go faster the 5-4-4-15 2T and i have 4-4-4-15 2T so i not sure if i am going to damage my Memory now!

1st - OCZ = lifetime warranty.
2nd - If you are concerned, then just loosen the timings a tad. I doubt your score will even change. 3DMark scores are heavily dependent on Video card then cpu, with memory being a much lesser factor.
I used to be into high scores, but lately I realize that performance takes a back seat to my comfort level with my system. There was a day that I would tweak to get the highest score, then I realized that it really made no noticeable improvement. Sure the score improved, but the human eye can't discern once you get over a certain level of FPS.
