CPU Core Temps!

Sorry for this being rather repetative but i noticed that wheni run any cpu stress test as soon as the load goes 100% core temps rise from idle 35c to max 53c in 20 secs and when stress finihed it drops to 38c in 5 secs is this possible to heat up and cool down this quick at vcore 1.144

Yes, now don't worry about it

(my CPU goes from 35 to 65 within prolly 5 sec, my GPUs both go from 50s to 80s within 5 seconds as well, its normal)

Yep you really only need to monitor temps every once in a while after you get your overclocking settled, then you're home free until you want to push it more :mrgreen:
