When I was traveling all other the country last year I saw more snow than I cared to ever see again. I even learned how to drive in it a bit. But most Houstonians have no idea how to act when one flake falls much less a flurry. For my own safety and well being I'm keeping my ride and my butt parked today. Give us a tropical storm and people will still be going 80 on the freeways; let one flake fall and that slows to 45.
The jet stream too a deep dive into northern Mexico and will be this way for a good part of this weekend. Much of the south have Warning weather statements from NOAA.
over here in oxfordshire we have had freezing rain as all the paths and roads are all frozen with ice. well the main roads have mostly melted but all side roads and paths are to dangerous to walk on.
