Processor arrived as I was leaving for Disneyland. I snapped a picture and will upload it in a little bit.

THanks LR and AMD for this great contest!

Not really, I am just off helping out someone else right now by folding under their name.

Kind of nice lending a hand even if it's not for Team LR at this particular moment.

Come back and smack me harder when you've given Team LR 1 million+. :)
Here's a smack from 4 million :axe:

Nah, I'm just kidding, I'm grateful that you chose to fold for LR even for just a little bit :partyman:

I am not "smacking" you at all. Look at things from my point of view for a sec if you will. You joined this forum on Dec. 9 and folded not a lick untill sometime around Dec. 17th at which time you "volunteered" to join the team that was already wipping our butts and proceeded to add 1 million points to team LR in a few short days thus giving you an equall shot at the remaining CPU's as I have. Then the day the contest ends you instantly stop folding. I was simply pointing that out.

Just got mine in the mail today. Thanks to AMD and LR of course. Any suggestions on motherboards/video cards that aren't too expensive. I am planning on trying to get a videocard that I can fold on, as well as hooking it up to my tv. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P Used one in my dads Christmas present build and it runs grate, it would be perfect for what you want to do, the price it something like $80 at Newegg . As for a video card probaly a GTS 250.

I would go with a 785 chipset, to try to avoid the possibility of a bios issue with the new processor. Newegg open box have been very good deals for me, everything I have purchase as open box has come to me as if it was new!!

With some people getting it but others not (I was at work when I could get it, but can't at home), it points to DNS issues to me too.

Really not wanting to be impatient but we are three weeks since the end of the war. Any news about who won the five remaining CPUs. At least tell us who won them then the winners can wait as long as needed to recieve them??

Nate should be back from CES yesterday/today so give him a day or two to recover and he should be able to do the drawing pretty soon.
