This seems nice but the price is going to have to be pretty low compared to just buying a touch lcd.

Just a quick google search and I found a 21" touch lcd monitor for $295 - http://www.buy.com/prod/hp-compaq-l2105 ... 04184.html

Prices will continue to drop and with this being useful for only a certain size monitor (maybe smaller ones also?), I just can't see this taking off.

Mike

Now if you can snag it for $50, then people might buy it up.

Well it will fail LOL

spend another $100 and get a native touch screen monitor - probably less as prices drop further and places have sales.

I guess if you have a VERY high end monitor that you paid $1000 for or something, it might be ok. Why would you want to though, since most of the high end monitors are for CAD and such, you wouldnt use touch any way ;)
