how do you get out of memtest??!!

how do you get out of memtest??!!
well i've tried everything to get out of the loop and still can't get to sart up again, can someone please help me get out!!!

Reboot into Safe Mode and delete the startup entry of Memset. I'd try that first and see what happens. You can disable Memset in msconfig or delete the entry all together using CCleaner.

yeah i found what was wrong i had to change my boot options in the bios so that i don't boot from the hdd that memtest was on...
