For gaming? What's your budget, what resolution do you want to game in and at what quality? If you don't need it for gaming, then the onboard video on your motherboard is already pretty decent.

I'm not familiar with hardware availability and cost in the Philippines anymore but I think it's usually cheaper in the States than over there. In the US, $100 gets you a GTS 250, 9800GT, HD 4850, HD 4770 or HD 5670. Perhaps even a Radeon HD 5750 if you're lucky. Over there, I think you'd need to go with a slower card to meet the PhP5,000 budget.

Tom's Graphics Hierarchy Chart is a pretty good estimate of how one card fares against another. Given that we're unable to give you recommendations based on pricing, you can refer to the chart when choosing which video card would give you more bang for the buck based on local pricing.

The HD 5670 is pretty decent for a budget card. I wouldn't recommend the HD 5550. It wasn't really meant to be a gaming card. It's targeted more for HTPC purposes.

No idea what you're talking about. As far as I'm aware, there's only the PCI Express version of HD5670 which you can get with either 512MB or 1GB GDDR5 (plus minor overclocked variations). I have absolutely no idea what PCS stands for. It's probably just a weird naming convention of the vendor.

Pretty much having the appropriate slot (in this case PCIe x16) is all that matters if you want to know if you can use a certain video card on a motherboard. The rest of the info - GDDR5, pixel shaders, core clock, etc - affects performance of the card but should have no impact on the motherboard.
