3 monitor gaming using hd5970

Hi. Two questions. why is it that whenever i play games bezel compensation feature does not work? I am using CCC 10.6 and bezel compensation is turned on and works when i am working on my desktop? The other question is why do the images on the two peripheral monitors look magnified relative to central monitor when i play games only? I am using 3 Dell U2410 moniotrs and the centre screen uses DP while the two peripheral monitors are connected via DVI-D. I found no features in CCC or games options menus to fix these problems.

The only thing that jumps to mind is that maybe you need to select the bezel compensated resolution in game. The game resolution should be (1920+Bezel+1920+Bezel+1920) X 1080 or 1200 if they are 16:10. If it is only (lol) 5760, then there is the problem.

yep ur right it was set to 5760x1200 not 6048x1200 to compensate for pixels behind bezels. thanx

any idea why the images get magnified on the peripheral monitors. They literally get larger as the image moves from my centre screen to one of my peripheral monitors.

Maybe the game engines in game camera is meant to mimic an actual camera, and was designed with 16/10, 16/9 set ups in mind and not 48/10; so the perspective gets screwed up. At least that is my guess.
