Before I make my suggestion I would like to say you are in execllent hands with Major_A . Everyone else on Legit Reviews as well. You say this is a new build so it's either a hardware issue or a bad install of Windows 7. Looks like to me you have tried everything one could do to fix your issue. So my only other suggestion is to disable your anti-virus and firewall and try a Windows reset to a earlier date. system restore or put back your Windows 7 disc and try repair.

Maybe I was looking at the wrong board but I could've sworn it had an intel nic. From what I read people were fixing a similar issue by disabling the nic and adding a seperate one. I still think he should disable the nic and perform the task that normally cause a bsod.

It been getting tougher to get the actual bsod these days. I don't mind rying to disable my nic but I dont know if I'll be able to get the bsod. I'm gonna try repair through the disc and then try diabling the nic.

ASUS' site is excruciatingly slow, for the board peripherals I've been using this page.

If all else fails then you can try to run your pc outside of the case with minimum hardware and see what happens.

Well it's at it again. Same senario. I go into my game try to dl some stuff through the game and it crashes. Here what I got in my event log: param1 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000068, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff880044e1990)
param2 C:\Windows\Minidump\013011-19468-01.dmp

Do you have any AV or anti-spyware apps installed? This could be causing a conflict. If you don't you might have maleware causing the crashes.
