Driven by 'Insist on the Best' spirit, once again 100% of submitted products (23) win awards
Mon, 21 Mar 2011 Taipei, Taiwan—Due to its superior R&D technology and a spirit characterized by a drive to "Insist on the Best," MSI shined during the 19th Taiwan Excellence awards ceremony held today and organized by the MOEA's Bureau of Foreign Trade and TAITRA. All 23 of the products that it submitted, from motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks, and all-in-one computers to industrial computers, multimedia peripherals, and robot sweepers, received awards. Stealing the spotlight, MSI was one of the most awarded firms at the ceremony. Vincent Lai, associate vice president of MSI Marketing stated, "MSI has fused its spirit of innovation with new thinking, while incorporating distinctive style into its products to give consumers an all-new technological experience. MSI is a big high tech name, but it truly listens to customers as is evidenced by the fact that each item that we submitted won an award. In terms of numbers of awards received, MSI was one of the top recipients, underscoring the impressive job that MSI is doing in regard to product development, design, quality, marketing, and branding."
The 19th Taiwan Excellence Award ceremony was held on March 15 in Taipei's International Conference Center. The 23 MSI products that received Taiwan Excellence awards will not only be used to represent Taiwan Excellence, they will also represent Taiwan in future international Taiwan Excellence exhibitions. For example, in the CeBIT Computer Exhibition held in March in Hanover, Germany, TAITRA set up a Taiwan Excellence display area in which a large number of award-winning MSI products were exhibited. Taiwan is proud and it is an honor for MSI that buyers and members of the media from around the world had nothing but praise for MSI products.
The 23 MSI products awarded at this year's Taiwan Excellence Award ceremony include the Big-Bang motherboard series; the Fuzion motherboard series; the Lightning and Hawk graphics card series; the WindBOX industrial computer series; the industrial-use mini-ITX motherboard; the motherboard for ATMs; the IM-PV-N motherboard for network firewalls; the AE2280, AE2400, AE2420, AE2220, and AE1920 all-in-one touch screen computer series; the Wind Netbook series; the GT660, FX603, CX420, and X360 notebook computers; the wireless multimedia mouse; the personal digital multimedia service system for vehicles; and the M800 robot vacuum. These awards demonstrate that MSI products are exceptional in terms of quality, function, and uniqueness. The receipt of the Taiwan Excellence Certificate is a tremendous encouragement and honor for MSI.
