Transform the Way you Type with the NUU MiniKey

(Hong Kong - May 10, 2011) - NUU Limited, with their distribution partner Noetic Inc., announce the North American launch of the NUU MiniKey, a slide-out Bluetooth keyboard case for Apple's iPhone 4.
The NUU MiniKey provides greater speed, better accuracy, and convenient function keys for heavy iPhone typists. This keyboard has great appeal for those who prefer tactile feedback while they type, and is particularly useful for anyone thinking of switching from BlackBerry to iPhone.
Unlike other add-on keyboards, the NUU MiniKey features backlit keys, text-editing shortcuts, long battery life, and an automatic sleep mode. As mentioned by Zach Epstein, reviewer for BGR,
"I love that the MiniKey case goes to sleep when the iPhone goes to sleep. After a period of inactivity, the Bluetooth connection will automatically be severed and the case will go into standby mode. This obviously conserves a great deal of battery life. When you're ready to use the keyboard again, simply tap a key and it will reconnect in an instant."
The NUU MiniKey's design is carefully optiminzed for iPhone 4; unlike many keyboard cases on the market already, the MiniKey works with the iPhone antennas. This prevents major degradation of the data signal and helps preserve reception. In addition, the keyboard and its keys are shaped for easy orientation. Combined with the backlighting, this makes the keyboard very easy to use.
Lastly, no functions or connectors on the iPhone are blocked by the NUU MiniKey. The camera and flash remain fully functional, as do the dock connector, volume controls, speaker, and other iPhone buttons.
Availability
The NUU MiniKey will soon be available through Showcase in Canada, Sanborns in Mexico, and select premium Verizon retailers as well as Amazon.com in the U.S. It is currently available in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
