I've been working in and out of convenience stores for a little while now. At the front of most stores they have a monitor looping the Texas Lottery information (i.e. jackpots, new promos, etc...). Every one of these kiosks is running a Dell 30" or Dell 27" display. Yesterday I was trying to peek at the back when the guy behind the counter asked me what I was doing. I told him that if it was a Dell 30" monitor it would cost me around $1,300. He started laughing and said it's a drop in the bucket for the lottery.
Still made me jealous as hell though. I can't tell but it's one of these models. I have a good rapport with the store closest to me so I'll ask to look at the tag to verify which model it is.

*EDIT*
Local store is definitely not a 27" or 30" monitor. At most it was a 24" so I didn't bother looking. I bet Dell liked that contract. Seems more reasonable to just buy a cheap 32" TV and use it to loop the info. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than even the 24" Dell UltraSharp.
24" UltraSharp is $500!

32" Vizio (American company) is $318.
