I agree, I want to see what the new chipset/processor is capable of.

Aw, was hoping the ASUS Crosshair IV Formula was in it for comparison; would've been nice to know if the performance boost is worth an upgrade or not.

Going from the Crosshair to the Sabertooth wouldn't be worth it in my opinion. At least not until we see the new processors. Then if you want to take full advantage of the new processor it would be worth it

Plus from everything I've read the 990FX and 890FX chipsets are identical. The only changes are the ability to run SLI and socket support for the upcoming chips. So unless you want to run SLI or are ready to buy the Bulldozer CPU then stay put.

Each of the boards uses a different Gigabit Controller (Really they all look the same to me  ). Let's take a look at what controller is on each of the boards.
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX - Realtek 8111E Gigabit LAN Controller
MSI 990FXA-GD80 - Realtek 8111E Gigabit LAN Controller
ASRock 890FX Deluxe4 - Realtek 8111E Gigabit LAN Controller

Oh look I was right all the same Realtek 8111E gigabit nic.... I think what you should have said was "Each of the boards uses the Same Gigabit Controller"...

Other than that I liked the review especially the SLI vs CF scaling tests very informative
