umm hello? it is really weird that you don't see the real reason why people are still buying this thing. System admins and so on do not like to carry around piles of CDs, that are scracthy and also SLOW, and gets lost. And not all computers have cdrom drives at all even. This is a nothing less but a real miracle product for these reasons. Plug it in and you can install OS fast, from this virtual cdrom. You can't do that with software virtual drive. Also has write protect function for use on those infected machines. Truly an admins miracle gadget. It is a rebadged IODD product by the wayKnightRid wrote:Wow, I agree. Awful drive enclosure due to them lying about the SATAIII.

this is a really unimportant, more theoretical benchmark thingFor a SATAII enclosure it seems nice but the lying about SATAIII just takes it way too far for me to even get close to buying this thing.
