To boost the PC sales market, they have to forget those insane video card prices! Most people buy PC's to play and with these VGA prices many will just switch to consoles! The $1000 cards should be no more than $400 and the rest reduced accorddingly! Greed doesn't pay - for sure not in a long run and if people stop buying PC CPU's and motherboards, they will also stop buying video cards and vice versa!

AMD Radeon R7 370 – $149
AMD Radeon R7 360 – $129

I'm using AMD as a reference here since I recently made the list, but they have seven cards from the $129 price point to $649 price point... NVIDIA has a full lineup as well. I think your argument that video card prices is killing the PC sales market is incorrect due to this fact.
