There is someone locally selling this computer. What do you guys think?

well i got a dual xeon 1.6 and motherboard for ~$300

From reading this cheap is fairly old.. How does it stack up agains some of thnew Pentium D type chips?

against a 8xx not worth it, RDRAM costs a bundle to get so unless the whole thing is under $500 forget it. you can get a decent OC mobo, 820 and some decent ddr2 for that price.
