JMB Performance's Cold Air Induction for Dodge Vipers

Post by Apoptosis »

A local friend & SRT-4 driver owns a company called JMB Performance and he just made a new performance intake system for Dodge Vipers. Take a look at these custom viper CAI's. Not bad and it has a plasma cut viper in it with stainless steel behind it for a 3D look.

No prices on these yet and they aren't even on his site, but I had to link these up cause they look cool. Plus you never know who has a Viper in here!

I'm think'n if they have a viper, they are the type of folks that dont have to ask "how much?"

you know the saying... "If you have to ask, you can't aford it."

Looks pretty decent. I wish I could just go straight to the throttle body! I'm sure it could be sealed off even better, but I would have to see it. It looks like there is a slight gap between the pipe and the box. I never realized a viper had dual throttle bodies! I guess it makes sense since it's a power hungry 8.1L!

Being that I have to worry about heat more than a N/A car, that is why I say this about the sealing. Superchargers are heat machines! :P

I just wish I could afford a moderately priced used car.

well, I got to sit in one once, it's a nice car but not big enough for me interior-wise. I sat in an '06 Vette, and it fit like a glove......so, I think once I become wealthy it will be my first buy, lol, besides a 300ZX

A Vette does fit like a glove! I remember the first time I sat in one, my ass just plopped down in the seat because it's so low compared to my Grand Prix! :P Pretty confortable though!

I'll have my chance to sit in an '06 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren next year when it's nice out again! :) One of my friends father-in-law owns one of these badass machines and said he'd bring her over to my place sometime! :supz: :prayer:

That's the good thing about the ATL, they have some awesome auto dealerships!

The car that felt like a glove was the 2003 Ferrari Enzo that I got to go for a ride in.

never had that opportunity, lol. I bet that car does fit nicely, and talk about power! OF course, that Lambo turned me nuts inside out......the dude took that bitch around a hard curve at around 210 with me in the passenger seat...surprised he was able to get the "mushroom stamp" out of that one, rofl. IT......WAS........FRICKIN........SWEEEET, and that's all I can say about that one!!

Now, driving a car myself, I really liked the BMW M5.....had the perfect balance of power and handling for me, and didn't roll a bit......it's a load of fun to take on the freeway and just open up!
