Discuss: What do you use your PC for?
I've noticed that some sites have like a Friday night Topic........
I think we should do the same, mayby not every Friday, but have a thread every now and again.......
I was wondering what all of you actually use your Pc for?
I'll reply later, as about to leave for work
We all know games, but are you a photoshop nut? Does the Idea of turning on your Pc after a days work sicken you?

Well, games are the reason I own a computer, but I still use it for more practical things. I sit at one all day (thus the trolling here and other forums all day), so I've learned to do a few more things with them than just games.
I mostly play Blizzard games and right now I'm enthralled with World of Warcraft (hence the sig). But I'm a fan of all their games and BlizzCon is where I first found out about LegitReviews, and I've been here ever since!
I also play as many Alpha and Beta tests as possible because I'm working to get into the industry some day (interview pending at Blizzard)
I used to DJ at local Jr. High, High School dances and clubs so I've just kept my 40GB of music over the years and got an iPod to hook up in my car.
I used it to modify my PSP to play NES and SNES games via emulators. I was an active member in the PSPUpdates community for a while, but I just sold my PSP to a friend until more RPG's are released for it.
I created my own sig using Photoshop. I also use Illustrator and Premiere. I've just self-taught myself each of these, so I don't use them for professional use... yet. I'm considering it though.
I sell my vintage video games on eBay and buy computer parts for desktop builds (and soon-to-be laptop builds) via newegg and other retailers.
I dabble in .html and web design as much as I can while at work (we have permission restrictions).
I've assisted in creating community sites for such games as Guild Wars, Hellgate: London and now The Chronicles of Spellborn.
I moderate forums for our WoW Guild, Praetorian Alliance, and ProjectHellgate.
I email my brother in the Ukraine and family across the US.
I think that about sums it up. But I think that's what the majority of us use the internet for. When I say us, I mean those of us that have the interest to build our own computers... not those that just want to email grandchildren.

I started this thread simply because I want to get to know you guys! (works both ways!)
Have a can of beer, it's almost 11pm, the weekend starts here LOL
I used mine for:
TV / PVR
Video editting / Ripping etc.
MP3
Games of course (less and less though)
interweb stuff
bittorrent (24/7)
I have 100's of movies and complete series etc. -> always good to watch when bored..
Education........ -> the best thing about them is access to everything...
1 day I can learn Cisco, the next Linux, then p0rn and so on......
To be honest....I'd kill someone if something happened to my 2 kids LOL
Ohh and I almost forgot, Tweaking........(thanks DFI)
