Thoughts on Hiper Type-R 580W

Post by Dragon_Cooler »

I will be in the market for a new PSU soon. The one i have now is HOTTTTT and i want to switch to those pick the cables you need, design. I was reading a lot of reviews on this PSU and everyone says it is excellent.

I thought i remember seeing one in someones computer here somewhere which is one reason i am posting about it here.

The thing i like most is that it has those special 4 pin connectors that were orginally used in 2-way radios(with me being a radio buff and all) it pretty much hit the nail right between my eyes!!

Damn Bio you got all the nice toys. I think its one of the best if not the best. Its got the bling factor thats for sure. I like the way they have the modular cables very innovative.

Specs are pretty good also, works for me and the rails have been rock solid from day one.

This is by far the highest quality PSU ive ever used, the thing has some heft to it, the modular connectors are solid as a rock and its downright sexy.

Well, here's some more options, but no green.

There doesn't seem to be as much love for green as there is for red and blue.
