Those modules should have heat spreaders installed on them. Please check and make sure that Muskin sent you part number 991461
EDIT: Mushkin sent you 991373 modules and not the 991461 modules that were listed in the contest. Mushkin said they are sorry and would be more than happy to swap them out for you with the correct ones if you like. I just got off the phone with one of the main guys at Mushkin and he said you can blame him ;)
