slimies stopped moving

anyone else's smilies quit moving on them?

this has happened to me b4 at another forum. some told me to clear my icon cache, but does anyone know how to do this?

or does anyone have any other ways of fixing this?

maybe i should try clearing my internet cache. i'l post back if that works.

anyone know how to clear you system icon cache? i've heard that that will fix icon problems.
