Sometimes when I'm at work, out of boredom I'll take online surveys to enter contests, etc. Anyway, there was a question on this one survey I was taking:

Do you or have you ever used the Ortho Evra patch?

Did you have any of these reactions?
Blood Clotting
Heart Damage
Death
Stroke
I had no adverse reaction

Anyone else see something odd?

I 've seen this before in medical surveys.
Obviously adapted from a healthcare provider adverse reaction survey, without much thought by the person doing it.

This particular survey was to win like a plasma television or something...I don't realistically expect to win anything, but when you're bored....why not try?
