i have always been a fan of the ocz powerstream. You cant really go wrong there. Some good names are silverstone, antec, enermax, and fortron when it comes to power supplys. i would recommend one of the brands here. Get one that fits your budget

If you want the best, go with PC Power and Cooling.

Quick list of quality manufactuers:

Fortron
Sparkel
Zippy
Emacs
OCZ
SeaSonic
ThermalTake
SilverStone (Zuse only, its made by Estasis)

Any one of these in the 400+ range, make sure its compatable with the power header on your motherboard, you should check to see if your board is 20pin ATX or 24pin ATX 2.0

Fortron Blue Storm 500W is a fine power supply. They don;t cost much but are quality!!
The Antec truepower PSU's are also very good and not too expensive.
