Best cooling for D805 at 4GHZ

I have my D805 runnig at 4ghz with no problem except 1. Heat. It will boot and run happily except it will easily get up to 70C under full load which is not good. I have a Sunbeam Silent Whisper cooler as seen here:

My problem isnt knowing which coolers are good. My problem is my budget. I have alot of medical bills due to a briken neck, and only have about $30-40MAX to spend including shipping. What cooler would be best in this budget range? I have a few fans although none of them are great if it comes without one I can manage till I save up more, but preferable it will come with one already. I do have to say what I have was great for $15 when I got it at a local store. 100% better than the stock intel.

Any and all advice appreciated. Maybe someone wants to trade a nice cooler for mu ATY V wonder card

That is a nice OC on air! Looks like you have a pretty substantial cooler already!

The sweet spot for air CPU cooler's is $50, but that's out of your budget, i would have reccommended a TK Big Typhoon, or a TK Sonic tower (additional fan required).

I would really advise you to save some more money and get a $50 cooler. There are a few $40 coolers that look OK, but some are out performed by the stock intel heatsink! Especially at such high clocks its hard to guess how the coolers will handle the heat, as most reviews dont stress the coolers that much.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you don't have the cash for a cooling system that will handle the OC'ing you are doing, why OC that much?

OK, I have scrounged up more funds, and can probably get up to $60 with shipping included. My buddy just got a zalman 9500 I think it was, and on his stock atalon system he's not getting better results than I am. I want a better cooler because basicly mine is a $15 sunbeam heatpipe cooler with 4 different fans mounted around it held by duct tape, and to be honest its just rigged to get by untill I could afford a decent cooler. I OC it because I can. Because I cant afford a new conroe or amd setup and i want to play the newest games at the highest I can. I push my video just as hard. If I could get money to get into my storage units I would have all my water cooling setup, but I owe well over $500 and may lose all of it anyway. I have too many medical bills to pay right now, and the computer is my only source of entertainment being confined to the house.

So if I can get $60 what would be best? I was looking at the Scythe Infinity, but the Ninja is alot cheaper? Is there a huge difference? Also, the Ultra 120 seems to be highly regarded, but its $54 without a fan although I could strap on one or 2 that I have here till I can get a good one.

Would be pretty hard to beat that kind of airflow with another stock fan setup, so I would recommend doing similar setup with a more expensive tower unit, like the tk sonic tower.

The best cooler people seem to think is the tuniq tower, but I can't find anywhere with them in stock (temps reviewed here) which is a shame because the difference is 7C cooler to the next model in the mentioned review.

Trying to find a scythe ninja too is a p.i.t.a., i found one from here but its up to you if you feel like trusting them!

Try a price comparing shopping site like Froogle or shopping.com to try and find the best deal you can when you find the cooler you want. If you can, it might be worth waiting for the tuniq tower to get back in stock (they had some production issues lately apparently) as that does seem to be the best air cooler atm and it looks to be within your new budget.

I still stand by what I said about sticking the fans you have now all over the new cooler too!

(Being a student I can totally relate to wanting the best performance for the money you can afford. Sorry to hear about your neck problems and hope everything gets sorted out for you OK.)
