I have a Riello Plug Dialog 550 and was wondering about something. I had to reset med pc a few times, but I had other components connected to the riello ups, so i didnt want to turn it off without removing the usb disks properly. And since i couldnt start the pc, without resetting the power I had to disconnet the load for pc from ups, wihtout shutting it off. My question is, does the UPS take harm in such in way or any equiptment, when not powering it down first, or is it okay to put loads on and off when ups is running. It`S happened 2-3 times to me allready.

I dont know specifics about your particular UPS, but generally UPS's are just a conditioner of power and a big battery for when power fails.
Unplugging something from the UPS while its on is only the same as turning off the PC while the UPS is on. I dont see any problems in doing that with the PC or any other device for that matter.
