Should,I get a barebone kit?Or what?
AMD Athlon 64 X 2 Dual-Core 3800+
Windows Media Center 2005
2GB DDR 400MHz(PC3200)Patriot sig. line ram
250GB(7200rpm,16MB cache)SATA HDD
LightScribe Dual-layer DVD+/-RW drive
9-in-1 media manager
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE
GPU
High Definition Audio
Corsair HX620 PSU
Logitech X530 (5.1)Surround sound subwoofer speaker system
To confirm, you alrady have a PSU and 2GB DDR RAM and need us to suggest the rest for you? Do you need a new copy of windows, or is that sorted?
I would consider these: X2 3800 socket 939 Motherboard, i went for a price point here rather than a product i knew was good, so if people have better suggestions please share (also $10 MIR) XFX 7900GS with $20 MIR this is the cheapest 7900GS on newegg WD 160GB HD Lite On DVDRW
That brings the total to $519 before MIR's and no shipping, all you need to do is choose a case you like the look of in the $50-$70 price range and you are good to go. Anyone manage to price up anything better?
