I have a WC setup and I transport my comp all the time. Just make sure your fittings are tight and you should be alright. Also with an external reserator like the Zalmans unit im sure you probably want to make sure you dont pull on the connections too much, id recomend securing the reserator to your chassis and making sure any tubing isnt somewhere where it can get snagged on something.

Is your pump self priming? If its not and there is any air in the loop, i.e. in the top of a reservoir, then be careful when you turn it on after transporting it as having it in the car (on bumpy roads) might get air in the loop, which isnt good for some pumps.

Tho like Honkus said, as long as the fittings are tight, you shouldnt have a problem with leaks.

Doesn't Zalman provide self sealing connections? (ie. quick release) I thought they did.... :?
Just unplug the res/rad
