Yeah when I looked at it he hadn't turned in that second 153. Dan are you folding for me? or did I totally misinterpret that quote?

well that really tips the scales in his favor. I suspected he had a conroe in his corner. There is no way Yonahs and 8x0 and 9x0s could do that. Guess I'll have to fold a little harder seeing the PPD now is 2 to 1 in his favor. It was close to equal without it.

I have

1 Yonah (folding on 1 core at 75%)
1 Dothan (folding at 100%)
1 Dothan (folding at 75%)
1 Allendale at 3.3Mhz Folding at 100%

But the idea occurred to me we before this. Over at OC we did a World War Contest.

Basically you get two captains and a list of participants.

Each captain pics people. Then you balance the PPD as close to even as possible. You pic a team name etc. No changing names or anything, you just fold as you would and collect the points.

Then you fold for an amount of time. Borging etc is completely allowed, smack talk is encouraged.

I think that is something we should try to set up. I mean no prizes but whatever.

This for pride.

I know its not leveled out properly yet, but your average ppd is 1 point difference right now!

I've got a 153 that should go through in the next update. Yeah it was level. His 6 or so processors minus yours gave the right PPD to take on me. That's why I levied the challenge, and why I accepted the first. But whatever I'm not complained, because eventually your gonna want to continue folding for yourself and I'm only on the free electricity kick till may so my production will drop alot.

good times, this was fun, i just wish my buddies dothan (now mine til he sells it) woulda gotten smaller WU's as its on a 600pt i think

i shall say that i lost fair and square (if the judges tell me so)

It won't be too bad I swear, because frankly i'm just gonna slap something together. I just have no time, too much school work. But I do have a plethora of beaker pictures (thank you muppet wiki) to use.

And we'll see what goes down once the folding war starts. Look for that around Thanksgiving time (When I don't have a C++ project dealing with polymorphism and inheritance. )
