Someone at [H] is extremely lucky...

Post by Sovereign »

Som tech store employee is really dumb. They put an 8800GTX out for sale. This guy over at [H] bought it. End of story. There are benchmarks (in real games, not just 3DMark, whose use as a performance measurement tool is somewhat controversial)

Also note that as a consumer, an end-user, he is not under any sort of NDA, this is the store's fault (someone over there was wondering how he managed to do this). Further, his thread at another site was locked for "breaking NDAs" but the funny thing is, again, he is not under an NDA and never was. He's not a hardware reviews guy, just a lucky Joe User who happened to walk into the right store.

well... that makes me want to write an article on ours now that benchmarks have already been published... LOL

If a site signs an agreement (NDA) the agreement will state that NDA content can't be linked to or hosted on their site... Meaning they can be ordered to take it down or they will get cut from the samples list.
