I just bought a Sapphire 9600XT thru NewEgg yesterday, and looked at ATI now today, and a 9600XT and a 9800Pro are both $200, what a rip off...

dude... call them up and tell them you missed the price drop by a day... they just might give you back the difference! Never hurts to try.

No, I bought the 9600XT thru NewEgg yesterday and it was $135, the discount from ATI is on ATI cards on the ATI site (mine is a Sapphire) and the 9600XT on there is $200, I can get a Sapphire 9800Pro for less than $200... even without a 10% discount. So what is the point of buying through ATI for $50 more?
