ASUS M2N-E Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 Ultra problem

Post by abzillah »

ASUS M2N-E Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 Ultra MCP ATX AMD Motherboard, I have this board and I have an optatron 2.0 GZH AM2, with G. Skill PC 6400 RAM, and Radion 1900 Pro. When I turn the computer on, the first page comes up, which is the AI Life, and then it doesn't go beyond that point. It does say to press DEL for Bios and I do, but it does not go into bios. The RAM is 4 4 4 4 12 @ 1.9 v I believe, but this board is giving me problems and I don't know what to do. I just bought it from newegg. I thinking of returning it and getting the DFI, but it's 100 dollars more. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? I installed everything correctly, but I maybe forgetting some jumpers or what not, if anyone has this board and know what maybe wrong, please help.

Try booting with one stick of RAM........then go into the bios and set it to give 2v to the RAM.
Then see if it will boot with both sticks again.
