I've finally got around to reinstalling XP........6.10 drivers are loaded and ~60% done on my first GPU work unit :)

Someone give me a C2D please!

Since using my X1900 card my PPD has risen to ~826pts!
If I had a Core 2 chip, I could be hitting over 1000pts per day and if I folded 24/7 who knows!

Any ATI GFX users out there? --> Join now and get folding!

haha ken, man your nuts. But I am adding a x1950xtx with my C2D after Christmas. Then you'll see what an overclocked C2d and x1950xtx can really do :drinkers:

C2D might not be too far away...........need to pay some bills etc. at the end of the month, some usual x-mas expenses......and if there's enough left I'll be going back (home) to Intel
DDR2 is the only thing I can't afford.........I NEED good ram, 2GB of 'da good stuff costs way too much :rolleyes:

not really, I'll keep an eye out for you. I mean you can get it for sub 300 and mid 200s sometime.

C2D might not be too far away.......
I picked up an E6600 for 269.99 from microcenter in dallas a couple of weeks ago for my Gigabyte 965 DS3 and it's been quite the performer! I OCed it to 3.0 for now but I think I may have some more headroom in it.
