I don't know if you can have a "best" as the designs appeal to different people in different ways. I have had the MX3000 kb/mouse for about a year and love them. No issues with gaming or anything. I'd stay away from the bluetooth keyboards, I tried one on 2 differnet PC's and a Mac and it had lags. It seems to shut itself off too which makes typing difficult if you pause a lot.

ditto on the bluetooth. Not that it lags, its not as responsive. I just sold mine, and am most likely gonna by the MX3000. Make sure you do your research, keyboard is a keyboard they will always work, but its the mouse that always makes or breaks the deal

they do but its hard to find a good keyboard by itself. Usually its just a cheap 'o' one
