New-to-me laptop

Well, I just won a Compaq Presario 700 off of ebay for my mom. Looking forward to it getting here, it'll replace my old Armada 1750 on trips!

How Much?
Those are a nice basic notebook
I evaluated them for a client, downsides was short battery life and didn't like the fixed/permanatly installed drives (good for not "losing" parts but we needed a second battry for longer plane trips) ended up with dells instead.
Be sure a check it over carefully, used laptops sometimes have had a rough former life.

Sorry for not posting back, I actually forgot I had posted this. Yes. Forgot.

Anyway, it was around $125 with shipping. It isn't in the 100% best physical condition, but that's fixable, I know how to use Bondo and superglue and spraypaint.

I should be picking it up from the PO tomorrow, I'll post piccies tomorrow night hopefully.
