BANG BANG

Post by zparker »

Went to the gun show over the weekend and bought a new pistol. Got a Glock 21 (.45) with 2-13rd clips and bought an extra 30rd clip. Went to the gun range and was surprised at how little it kicked. I wanted a .45 because my Smith and Wesson .40 Sigma didn’t kick hard enough. Boy was I surprised when I dumped the 1st clip and had to look and make sure I was shooting the 45. To top it off the 45 is way more accurate then the S&W 40. I left the target center less the 1st time I shot the gun.

Then to top it off I decided to go CS Style with dual pistols!!! Need not say the gun range WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WHEN I UNLOADED AT BOTH TARGETS SEMI-SIMULTANEOUSLY (LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT...)!!!! I think that they were just mad because I was actually hitting the targets :finga:.

All in all I would recommend the Glock21 maybe even the Glock21c except at night due to the compensation flash. :drinkers:

check out the pic of the pistols and look at the clip hanging out of the 45.

Not a KKK member just being funny, since i am a big white guy taking pics with my guns...changed the cover to black.

No one should be offended by the picture. I just don't post my face all over the internet.

Glocks are ok, I'll stick with Kimber. As far as the range getting upset, most ranges have a 3 count rule between shots, well most that I have gone to.

well there is this indoor range in north houston, the signs say no rapid fire, but they havnt ever said anything when i do 5 round bursts or even dumped the clip (15rds). I am going to load 13 in each clip and dump them into one target and see what happens. I will take a video of that one.

H&K fan here... Glocks are a great gun, but never floated my boat... I didn't know they had a 30 round .45 clip... That's kinda neat. The sucky thing on the .45's is their capacity, but if someone hits you in the pinky toe you're going down... This one is identical to mine

.45 ACP is a great round though -- I'll always have a .45 as a side arm. As for my primary... look up the name of my cat in Google ;)

maybe that's why people look at me funny when i break out the big toys and bust off 40 rounds.

Looks to have the tactical light and laser sight. cool.

The pic didn't show when I looked at work, I'm betting that the host was blocked by websense.

My glock has 2-13rd clips stock my sigma 40 has 2 15rd clips. The 30rd clip spring is so fkin tight i can only get 27 into it, for now, and that is using the helper that comes with the glock.

Whats your cats name?

I want to get the FN 5.7x28mm just for the fact its rare, shares bullets with the ps90 and has no recoil in comparison to my sigma 40. oh yeah and did i mention the rounds can penitrate nato body armor and kevlar helmuts. (Not to mention that i want the fully auto version of the ps90 which i heard runs like a sewing machine) Not that i want to shoot cops but a real criminal will probally be wearing a BPV anyways.

Id hate to shoot them in the head with a 45, because someone has to clean up the brains...
