Omega Drivers

Post by Maxtron »

Hello, i was recently told by a friend that there is a good 3rd party driver for ATI cards (since ati drivers kinda suck :( ) called the Omega Driver. I was wondering if anyone had heard of these drivers/used them before i download them.

Thanks

PS: this is the link to the drivers if you're wondering http://www.omegadrivers.net/

I have used their nVidia version drivers bwfore and I didn't find any difference at really between these and regular display drivers.

From their website:
The drivers contain optimizations, extra features (like OC capabilities), more resolutions and internal tweaks that can give them the edge in a gaming environment over the normal drivers, which are often tailored for synthetic benchmarks.
There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of animals Chuck Norris allows to live.

I didnt notice any difference either on a 9600. They saved me though on my laptop since it was the only place i could find drivers that support the old Radeon M6.
