Now watch, we need a new server. And I bet Intel would donate a new Quad Core CPU for the effort if our site crashed from all the incoming connections :)
Play

The current server has a pair of Dual-Core Opterons (4-cores already) and 4GB of ECC DDR memory and can handle a ton of traffic. It runs LAMP and is fully 64-bit, so it's been built to last. It's handled 50,000+ unique visitors in a single day and has yet to bog. I'm not worried so much about speed, but the 10,000RPM drives. They seem to be working just fine and have been for the past four months.

Wow, that's awesome dude!

I hope they asked your permission before using the quote. They should pay you for the privilege of using your reviews to sell their products :)

(ok, maybe not, but congrats anyway!)

I was hoping that if they gave you one, seeing as you don't need it, you could give it away as a contest prize :)
