[SORTED] RAID Help Please

OK, so I thought it was going to be pretty simple, but i'm not having much luck.

To be installing RAID 0 onto 2 fresh hard drives I have to do what exactly?

Q1. Does the BIOS have to be changed to RAID before windows is installed or after?

Q2. When prompted to intstall RAID drivers should I also put on the standard IDE ones.

Q3. I thought I might have gotten somewhere when windows booted into the part where you have to format your drives. There were still two drives, should there be 2 at this point?
