Give Props to Where it is Due (v. Shure)

Post by Tim Burton »

I had a problem with my Shure E4c headphones. Shure took them under warranty. I sent it to them, and they had a brand new set to me in less than a week. I live in Arizona and they are located in Illinois. If you are looking at headphones and considering Shure, you can't go wrong. Great phones and get customer service.

The best price I found was where I bought them: http://www.earphonesolutions.com/newshsese.html

Hope no one is upset I posted this, but I've had Sony and a couple of other lesser brands whose warranty for their earphones have sucked.
