It's all sitting on the floor.New Samsung 22' LCD, 6600 CPU, new PNY8800GTS, OCZ Plat rev2 PC6400 Got it put together, turned it on & all it does is beep at me when I hit the delete button It beeps three times thatt's it this sucks should have bought a ready made I guess..Any suggestions on how to get this machine working. Tried one stick of memory. No good

Tried resetting the CMOS by taking out the battery and swapping over the jumper for 30 secs and then putting them all back? (Obviously while the power is off)

DMB2000uk Thanks for your help. This is for the other noobs that try as I am to build their first computer.. Even though 3 beeps on POST said memory - it wasn't. i had put the Gst 8800 in the PCI slot #2 because it didn't interfere with setting in the DDR2 memory, but the mobo guide clearly states to put video card in slot#1 if using only one card. Heck I'm thrilled to have gotten this far, can't wait till try BIOS config & OS stuff
