They will work great on both Intel and AMD DDR2 based systems.

damn and here I am still sitting with S939 and DDR .. of course I suppose if by chance I win it would give me a reason to upgrade to either AM2 or C2D (eww almost feel dirty for even thinking it but times have changed for sure).
